Elena Hanley is our Operations Manager, and she has been a whirlwind of productivity and good cheer since day one. Her main goal is to ensure every client’s experience is seamless. She applies her years of project and client management experience in the engineering and finance industries to bring incredible detail, organization, and calm confidence to every sale. Elena manages with methodical precision and frequent communication with our clients and the larger team, including attorneys, agents, mortgage brokers, fire prevention officers, and more!

 

Outside of the real estate world, you may know Elena as the talented owner of The Curtain Solution. Her beautiful curtains, cushions, and pillows are in many of our homes in the Belmont area.

 

Martha and Elena have known each other since their children were toddlers. They have spent many years cheering together at a hockey or rugby game or volunteering with the Foundation for Belmont Education.
